The Watcher

Image
A companion who stays with me always, no matter the situation. It is a sweet, beautiful bond; everyone searches for a friend like this without realizing they already have one. You may be confused about who this is. It is none other than You—the “You” who observes yourself while you are smiling, crying, or even in anger. While you eat, it watches and experiences through you, yet it never feels hunger. While you drink, it experiences the sensation, yet it never grows thirsty. When I try to describe it, I feel as though it is not merely “inside.” It remains present, watching the body as if it were standing outside of it. It is formless, indivisible, and a “no-thing.” Even now, while I am writing and my mind is focused on processing information, I feel myself being observed. There is a silent watcher behind the eyes, witnessing every single action and listening to every word that arises within me. Because of this observer, I feel a sense of detachment from my emotions: Am I truly sa...

The Trap

Image
Our everyday activities are controlled and influenced by many outside factors, but I’m not talking about those. I want to focus purely on the internal—where reality influences our thoughts, dividing them into two categories: Sense Organ Thoughts and Brain Thoughts. 1. Sense Organ Thoughts These are always searching for ways to satisfy sensory needs. We can further classify these into two types: Fulfillment Needs: These are basic requirements. For example, if you are hungry, you simply need to eat. It could be curd rice or biryani; the goal is just to satisfy the hunger. Extending Needs: This happens when a need becomes specific and demanding. Instead of just “food,” it becomes a craving for a specific taste or an excessive amount. 2. Brain Thoughts Brain thoughts are highly productive and full of potential. However, the brain easily becomes a “servant” to the senses. When the sensory organs demand something, the brain engages and begins “extending” those thoughts—planning and o...

Part 2: The Layers of Universal Reality

Image
Part 2: The Layers of Universal Reality Universal Reality also possesses its own layers, just like Personal Reality. Reality may feel subjective, yet it also contains shared universal qualities. For example: Sweetness is universal — anyone can identify something as sweet. But the percentage of sweetness felt is subjective. So Universal Reality provides the shared essence, while Personal Reality shapes the personal intensity of experience. 1. Observal Macro Reality This layer is similar to the Observal Reality in Personal Reality, but viewed from the external perspective. In Personal Reality, you interact with the environment — this is your Observal Reality. In Universal Reality, the environment interacting with you becomes the Observal Macro Reality. It includes all aspects of the external world that are clearly observable, measurable, and commonly agreed upon: The physical world Objects and structures Events and situations Social interactions Environmental changes This is the ma...

Who Am I

Image
The Realization   A thought appeared in my mind: If the mind always pushes me to see myself as a separate person within the head, then why can’t the Divine have the same kind of relationship with me? The ultimate question is not "Am I the body or thought?" but rather: What is the source that observes both? Both body and thought are reflections of " I Am ," and "I Am" itself is the reflection of the Divine. A challenging thought arises: "If you don’t believe it, then what is it that the universe has but you don’t have?" You appear as a second person to your mind, just as You and God seem separate. Yet in truth, you possess the Mind — which is God’s expression. The Mind is the Observer watching "you," but it often forgets that it is itself the observer. When the Mind realizes who "you" truly are, it merges with you, dissolving the illusion of separation. What remains is the oneness of You and Mind. God is the founda...

Oneness

Image
Introduction - My mind works better than normal when I'm driving my bike; maybe it's because of a lot of oxygen, I don't know exactly. If that's true, then a windy place is also a good option for the thought process. One day, a thought popped up: What's the core problem both spirituality and science face? It's oneness. Spirituality addresses this as "divine," but science, its counterpart, doesn't believe in oneness, even though some theories, like the Big Bang , talk about a singularity. Science doesn't believe the capacity of the singularity is equal to the capacity believed by spirituality. Both science and spirituality start with "s" not just in name, their core also shares commonality, but a bridge is not available. I want to mention this: I'm not purely a science person or a spirituality person; I'm just a person who loves both and has an interest in both. Now, I'd like to explain this with an analogy: A seed holds ...

The Dreamer and Me

Image
The Dream of the Ultimate Being: A Thought Experiment It’s a thought experiment . Some spiritual traditions suggest we live within the dreams of an all-pervading God, proposing that God alone embodies ultimate truth . This idea is profoundly interesting. The Layers of Reality Consider the possibility that we are characters within a vast dream of a true, ultimate being . Perhaps, as dream characters, our scope diminishes each day, with varying degrees of agency. We might even experience lucid dreaming , gaining control within our own smaller dreams. Occasionally, within these, we experience even tinier dreams, each utilizing characters and elements from the larger, “huge” dream. This intricate layering illustrates the immense artistry of that colossal dream . When we wake, our individual dreams disappear until the “real one” awakens. We experience new dreams daily within the same grand dream, remaining separated until that ultimate awakening. What happens if the “real one” does ...

The Dimensional Mind

Image
Exploring Dimensions: Perception, Consciousness, and Reality Introduction We often feel confined by boundaries, limited by what we can perceive. Imagine shinking to the quantum world ; we might discover it's as vast and immense as our expanding universe . We seem to be stuck between these two extremes. Even though we know the quantum realm exists and our universe is incredibly large, we still feel limited, unable to perceive or go beyond. It's as if we're bound by gravity , much like a rat attached to a mat. These thoughts lead us to consider dimensions: length is one dimension; length and width make two dimensions; length, width, and height make three dimensions; and when you add time, it becomes four dimensions. We navigate length, width, and height with ease. But what about the fourth dimension—time? While we certainly perceive time, we can't move through it as we do up, down, or sideways. This clearly indicates that we don't fully perceive the fourth dimension;...

Non-Physical Shapeshifting

Image
Introduction   For some, the very idea of “ shapeshifting ” brings to mind weird, fantastical creatures. Honestly, I used to be one of them. That is, until I was scrolling through my phone and a short video popped up— werewolves and vampires , the usual suspects. Watching a man physically transform into a monstrous wolf , something sparked in my mind. "Here, a man physically transforms into a beast-wolf," I thought. "But why can't I transform someone?" As that question looped in my mind, I realized the core of you, me, and everyone else is the same, yet incredibly diverse. Before we dive into what makes us common and what makes us unique, let’s clarify something crucial: when I talk about non-physical shapeshifting, I’m not talking about literally changing your body like a werewolf or a superhero. Instead, this is about transforming consciousness , perception, and identity. It’s a journey into the subtle shifts that shape who we are and how we experience the w...

Dream:In to the future

Image
Dream Travel and Precognition Time travel is a consistently fascinating concept. While it’s true that objects with mass can’t reach the speed of light—a limitation that restricts almost every physical method of achieving time travel, with the exception of light itself—recent research has primarily focused on these physical approaches. However, another potential avenue to consider is non-physical, such as traveling through dreams. My focus here is purely on the idea of consciousness seeing into the future. While I've read about concepts like astral projection, I haven’t experienced it myself nor met anyone who has, so I won’t be delving into that topic. Instead, I’ll concentrate on dreams that seem to reveal future events. There are even some real-life incidents that make you wonder. For example, a colleague of mine dreamt about his brother’s death, and two days later, the same thing happened, even though his brother had been perfectly fine just before. Another instance is when m...

Reality:Tattva perspective part-3

Image
So , after our little journey through how the universe came to be and that first spark of "me" in the last piece, we're now getting into the nitty-gritty of what actually makes us feel like us. Think of it this way: we laid the groundwork with those big cosmic ideas and the initial sense of being an individual. Now, we're zooming in to see how that "me" starts to take shape ,fine tuning and interact with everything around it. This next part is all about how that feeling of being separate comes about and how we begin to experience the world as individuals –how this sensory system act and how it helpful to grasp things around us. Budhi tattva Once we believe we are separate beings, the Buddhi Tattva begins to emerge. Think of it like a broad concept gradually narrowing down to a precise point, like the tip of a pen – that’s the power of Buddhi Tattva. It allows us to differentiate, to see that two is not the same as three. We start evaluating based on these ...
